Job summary

Mitchell Associates, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the production floor, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safely.

The role requires completion of an Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship, 1–2 years of related experience, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and welding systems. The ideal candidate communicates well, works in a team or independently, and can multitask.

Qualifications

• Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship program required.
• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and welding knowledge essential.
• Must communicate effectively and be able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform maintenance tasks to keep production floor running smoothly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Receive and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Follow welding procedures and tasks.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company guidelines.
