Qualifications

• Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship program, and 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and welding systems
• Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently, prioritize, and multi-task
• English language proficiency
• Must be trainable to operate forklift, aerial work platforms, and overhead cranes
• Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Maintain production floor efficiency by performing maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned
• Receive and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Know welding procedures and tasks
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Press Maintenance Manager
• Abide by all company policies including Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Systems
