Impact Workforce Solutions in Canton, NC is seeking a Compression Molding Press Technician for first or second shift. You will operate molding presses, inspect parts, assemble subcomponents, apply labels, and package to spec while logging production counts, quality checks, and scrap in the system.

You must maintain safety, environmental rules, and keep your area organized for a smooth shift handoff. Prior manufacturing experience and comfort with a handheld scan gun are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly.
• Comfort using a computer and handheld scan gun.
• Keen eye for detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Operate molding presses and use labeling scan guns.
• Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts exactly to work instructions.
• Accurately log production, quality checks, and scrap in the system.
• Meet production and quality targets while maintaining safe, clean work areas.
• Flag issues and alert supervisors or leads; follow safety and environmental rules.
