Voeller Mixers is seeking a skilled welder to join its second shift team in Port Washington, WI. You will interpret engineering drawings, choose welding processes, set up equipment, and fabricate machine parts in multiple positions using MIG and flux-cored welding.

You’ll verify fits with precision measuring tools, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with production leaders to meet quality and schedule targets. Strong blueprint literacy and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of hands-on welding experience.
• Able to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, in writing and speaking.
• Proficient with measurement tools and basic math.
• Willing to wear PPE and work safely in a manufacturing setting.
• Team-first mindset with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld machine parts and assemblies in all positions.
• Plan work and manage time to meet production deadlines.
• Uphold quality and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Operate forklift or overhead crane when needed.
• Maintain organized work area and assist teammates as required.
