Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year related experience or equivalent training.
• Basic math skills.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform simple machine set-ups.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Adhere to QC requirements and monitor scrap rates.
• Inspect parts according to procedures.
• Understand cutting tools and ISO concepts.
• Apply lean principles and production requirements.
• Work overtime as needed.
