Qualifications

• Standing/walking 100% of shift; lifting up to 50 lb.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools; good vision for inspection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and specifications for a job.
• Write programs and apply machine tool math.
• Monitor feed rate and speed of machines.
• Set up controls and perform cuts to produce parts.
• Ensure machine maintenance and proper feeding, cutting, cooling and lubrication.
• Use inspection tools to check tolerances and QC procedures.
• Work within Lean environment; follow ISO procedures.
• Follow team leader instructions and company safety rules.
