Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for a Machine Operator on 2nd shift for our client in Attleboro, MA. Schedule: 2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am, Monday-Thursday, Friday overtime, weekend work may be required. Pay: $18.00/hr. Operate machinery for high-precision parts and inspect for quality.
Requires ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and follow work instructions. On-site position with potential for overtime as business needs dictate.

- Observe safety rules and wear PPE.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Operate and adjust machinery to meet size/finish specs.
- Record quality and production data accurately.
- Assist in training other associates.
