Job summary

The Judge Group in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the production of advanced medical fiber optic products in a cleanroom environment. You will operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform precision fiber handling, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure high-quality output.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced with regulated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow documented procedures.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; basic test equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment used in assembly of medical fiber optic products.
• Perform precision fiber processing including stripping, cleaving, inspection, and handling.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated and semi-automated manufacturing stations.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, and quality standards; maintain production documentation.
• Support contamination control and cleanroom standards.
