Job summary

TE Connectivity is hiring an Assembly Operator I to assemble and test electronic and mechanical components following standard work instructions, drawings, and procedures. You will perform soldering with microscope-based inspection and ensure precision alignment in a high-accuracy manufacturing setting.

The role requires reliability and the ability to train on 2nd shift. You will work 2nd shift hours and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precision assembly.
• Microscope operation skills for detailed inspection and assembly.
• Reliable attendance and performance.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (8+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Follow quality control procedures and report assembly defects.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping; suggest procedural improvements.
• Connect parts with tools to ensure proper fit and document work orders.
• Operate and monitor automated technologies used in the assembly process.
