Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.
• Safety first mindset and strong focus on quality.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use material handling devices (hand trucks, hydraulic lift trucks).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections before each shift.
• Apply oil/grease and verify detector operability.
• Troubleshoot basic chain assembly equipment and identify/solve issues.
• Manage assembly line operations, including setup, changeovers, and adjustments.
• Maintain production and quality records, traceability, and schedules.
• Record data using forms and monitor downtime with the machine system.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
