The U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking an experienced machine operator for automatic assembly and setup on the automotive timing chain line in Chicopee, MA. The role requires operating multiple machines, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring quality throughout production.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience, a safety-first mindset, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.
• Safety-first mindset and a strong focus on quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspection before the start of each shift.
• Set up and operate the automatic assembly line and machines, including changeovers.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and interpret alarm messages.
• Maintain production schedules, data records, and chain assembly documentation.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety regulations; assist with packing and shipping as needed.
