Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a General Inspector on 2nd shift in Chicopee, MA to perform chain inspection, pin sorting, and stringer tasks. You will follow orders, inspect dimensions and surface quality, and prepare chains for shipment.

The role requires good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include recording production data, ensuring traceability, and assisting with setup and minor machine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–3 years in manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Safety first mindset is essential.
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package chain products using fixed gauges and visual checks.
• Check length, width, radii and surface condition to meet specs.
• Record production data and report to payroll.
• Prepare chain for shipment and label with barcodes.
• Move and sort materials with handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues on stringer machines when needed.
