Job summary

You will follow established procedures, measure parts for quality, and assist in training fellow operators. The role requires physical capability to handle heavy fixtures and parts and a collaborative, safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved training program for setup and operation of all equipment in the section.
• Must be able to measure and inspect assembled products; basic mathematics essential.
• Must be capable of handling heavy fixtures and parts.
• Must identify parts from engineering drawings to produce chain products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assembly processes for roller chain run efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Retrieve and replace components to maintain continuous operation of equipment.
• Assist, train and develop new operators.
