Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to stand on concrete for long shifts.
• Capable of lifting 50–70 lbs and operating in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and advanced product assembly following specifications and instructions.
• Conduct high-precision calibration, testing, and adjustments using specialized instruments.
• Read blueprints and assemble products according to work orders; balance and test fans and motors.
