Job summary

Kelly is seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician for 1st or 2nd shift in West Fargo, ND. This temp-to-hire role offers $20-$26 per hour based on experience, plus a 7% shift premium for 2nd shift.

You will read blueprints, use gauges, and assemble components with attention to safety and quality on a fast-paced shop floor. Start as a temporary employee with the potential for full-time hire and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or as a mechanic (preferred).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently—even when it’s busy.
• Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and take apart products.
• Read blueprints and use gauges to ensure top quality.
• Help maintain safety through regular checks and maintenance.
• Identify issues early and contribute to solutions.
• Assist across different areas on the shop floor.
• Collaborate in a positive, team-focused environment.
