Job summary

United Alloy is a leading designer and manufacturer of metal tanks, frames, and related products. This role focuses on prepping and assembling fabricated components in line with customer quality requirements and UA manufacturing philosophies.

The position emphasizes performance, quality preservation, organization, and efficiency, with an emphasis on powder coating and paint process excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processes.
• Previous experience or exposure to powder paint application.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Paint 100% of assigned hours for the length of employment at UA.
• Execute proper powder coat application techniques.
• Regulate paint gun settings as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to maintain equipment.
• Perform PM on paint line equipment.
• Paint efficiently to meet UA's aesthetic and customer requirements.
• Use equipment to check and verify paint thickness.
