Job summary

Masterson Foods is seeking a Pouching Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Milwaukee, WI. You will set up, run, and adjust vertical form-and-fill-seal packaging lines, ensure pouch quality, and monitor output efficiency.

Responsibilities include changeovers, cleaning, quality checks, documentation, and basic troubleshooting. A high school diploma and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; forklift experience is a plus. This role offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required.
• Experience in production environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, change over, operate, monitor, and adjust vertical form-fill-seal packaging equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment per procedures and safety rules.
• Perform quality checks and document production metrics and test results.
• Prepare and file reports including process control charts and production sheets.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report needed repairs.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and standardized work requirements.
