Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Brake inspection qualified as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
• Vehicle inspection qualified as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements on Walmart equipment.
• Create and process work orders; assess needs, identify parts, and select repair solutions
• Repair/replace brake components, wheel seals, and tractor-trailer tires per DOT requirements
• Communicate updates and complete required logs, records, and computer-based documentation
• Receive fuel drops, monitor safety compliance, and collect/prepare fuel samples and paperwork
