• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and development of shift staff.
• Conduct quality checks on smart containers and deliver training.
• Monitor plant equipment and perform minor repairs.
