Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing schedules and production planning.
• Lead material replenishment and inventory control initiatives.
• Implement cycle counting and Lean training to reduce WIP and improve flow.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance for cost/value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production and service targets.
• Prepare cost, production, and facility reports for management.
