Circular Services, the largest privately held recycling and organics provider in the U.S., seeks an Operations Supervisor in Phoenix. You will oversee processing operations, lead teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating deliveries, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
