Job summary

Circular Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily processes, ensure productivity, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across our plant operations.

You will manage multiple teams, coordinate orders and scheduling, drive improvements, and uphold a strong safety culture while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires previous supervisory experience in manufacturing and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory skills in a diverse, fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
• Be positive with proven ability to mentor team growth and succession.
• Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and computer and office skills.
• Be willing to work second shift, while demonstrating excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of multiple employees to ensure the coordination of satisfying customer needs.
• Positively and effectively lead teams to increasingly higher levels of productivity, quality and customer service.
• Constantly making sure that safety is our number one priority, every day in everything we do.
• Budget Management.
• Organizing open orders, delivery appointments, requests, etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably.
• Solving problems as they arise, often in urgent situations.
• Working various short- and long-term research and improvement projects as needed.
