Qualifications

• Prior experience in a plant supervisory role in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Lean Thinking concepts and practices familiarity.
• Bachelor’s in operations/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and coordinate schedules to meet demand.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a zero-harm culture on shift.
• Support cost control and process improvements across plant operations.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and equipment costs/yield are optimized.
• Collaborate with HR on attendance and performance management.
