Job summary

Prinova USA is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift at the Norton Shores facility. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, implements electrical and mechanical modifications, and ensures safe, compliant operation.

You'll diagnose issues, minimize downtime, read schematics and SOPs, and support safety initiatives. Candidates should have a high school diploma and trade skills; prior experience with welding, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Trade certification or school in a trade.
Experience welding stainless steel, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
At least two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment.
Maximize uptime of equipment.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Complete repairs on engines, motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment using diagrams and manuals.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment per GMPs and SOPs.
Assist in implementing safety initiatives.
General facility maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
