• Perform frozen temperature and line metal detector checks
• Complete product quality checks on finished goods
• Verify date codes on bags and maintain accurate paperwork
• Enter data into Infinity system
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Rotate across production lines and back-up other QC roles
• Adhere to SQF policies and QA/QC documentation requirements
