Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Picking Manager to lead our 2nd shift warehouse team in Chandler, AZ. You will supervise hourly associates, coordinate picking and shipping, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations and logistics including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
Prior management, supervisory or people leadership experience; Warehouse Supervisor role preferred.
Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance multiple demands and timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead the Picking Team and hire/train/develop associates.
Supervise picking and shipping of outbound orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure warehouse space is used efficiently and kept clean and orderly.
Collaborate with shipping under the Shift Manager to protect inventory integrity.
Maintain security and safety for all associates and equipment; report incidents.
Drive morale and engagement through teamwork and purposeful leadership.
