CoWorx Staffing Services in Charlestown, MA is seeking a hands-on 2nd shift Machine Operator with manufacturing experience to operate pasta extrusion equipment in a food production setting.

Shifts run 12:00 PM–8:30 PM or 3:00 PM–10:30 PM; pay is $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience. The role requires setting up and monitoring equipment, measuring ingredients, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2nd shift experience preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor pasta production equipment
• Measure and mix ingredients according to production formulas
• Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
• Track production counts, materials, and work orders
• Verify ingredients, packaging, and supplies before production runs
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety, GMP, and safety procedures
• Communicate equipment, material, or quality issues to supervisors
• Work closely with team members to keep production running efficiently
