Qualifications

• 1–2 years heavy duty truck parts experience.
• Mechanical aptitude desirable.
• Understanding of office procedures and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers or mechanics at parts counter or on the phone.
• Research requests and determine correct part(s).
• Create invoices or purchase orders; process orders if not in stock.
• Check in orders and receive purchase orders in the system.
• Assist with inventory and core returns to vendors, including packing and shipping.
• Restock shelves and maintain parts bins; clean and label as needed.
• Delivery of parts to customers when required.
• Assist with annual parts inventory counts and tasks for the Parts Manager.
