KIK Consumer Products in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Parts and Inventory Clerk for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will issue, receive, and stock parts, maintain SAP records, and support maintenance with BOM and CMMS data.

Required: high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in warehouse/inventory with ERP/SAP experience. Forklift certification provided; work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or storeroom inventory experience with inventory control responsibility.
• Strong computer skills; SAP or another ERP/CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts, physical inventories, bin locations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain KIK forklift certification.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English; follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Issue, receive, and put away parts and materials, recording every transaction in SAP.
• Receive deliveries; reconcile quantities to purchase orders and packing docs.
• Close out work orders and notifications; manage backlog.
• Kit parts for maintenance; stage and issue materials to work orders.
• Build and maintain equipment hierarchy, BOMs, and PM data in SAP.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventories; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and create purchase requisitions when needed.
• Track open orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Operate forklift or cart to deliver parts; forklift certification provided.
• Write and maintain procedures that support maintenance and operations.
