Essity North America Inc. is hiring a Paper Converting Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Bordentown, NJ. You will operate a production line, monitor quality, perform routine adjustments, and maintain safety and efficiency throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Basic Mathematics, writing and reading.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility in work assignments.
• Ability to check quality of the products.
• Role requires frequent walking/standing, climbing ladders, bending or kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing/pulling rolls up to 200 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a production line for Hygiene products with safety as a priority.
• Follow fixed specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect equipment and perform mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Produce required product within specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished products with precision tools for quality compliance.
• Maintain logs of units produced and notes on errors leading to rework.
• Coordinate with production teams and notify supervisor on completion.
• Lead changeovers and support continuous workflow improvements.
