Job summary

Essity is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing for our Bordentown, New Jersey facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance of paper-converting equipment, diagnosing issues with root-cause analysis, and guiding operators on technical matters.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Industrial Maintenance, experience with PM schedules, and familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM at our Bordentown site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules and PM planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes; use root cause analysis.
• Maintain drawings, diagrams, and bill of materials; document repairs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations and vendors on projects.
• Follow safety and quality standards (Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space).
• Respond to production calls to keep equipment running.
