Tyson Foods in Rogers, Arkansas is hiring for a DSI P/O Jack Driver PR05 (2nd Shift) role. The position supports material transport, pallet jack operation, and strict safety compliance in a fast-paced facility.

2nd shift hours are 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays; pay is $17.40 per hour. candidates must lift up to 50 pounds and meet Tyson’s eligibility requirements including history and location constraints. Tyson Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants from Benton, Washington, and Madison counties will be considered.
• Relocation assistance is not offered; maximum of two prior Tyson employments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner using hand and/or rider pallet jack.
• Operate pallet jack to move product through Flat-Pack, debone, pack-out, shipping, receiving, coolers and freezer areas.
• Keep lines and pack-out department stocked with supplies and products.
• Complete safety checks and fill out inspection forms; document any issues clearly.
• Communicate issues to Lead/Supervisor by radio and in paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
