Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a 2nd shift role on our production lines. You will ensure smooth line start-ups by bringing correct materials, scanning items, and maintaining supply levels.

The job requires forklift familiarity and the ability to operate a pallet wrap machine while keeping a clean, safe work area. Candidates must have at least 6 months of production machinery experience, be able to lift up to 65 lbs, and work in extreme cold environments and team settings.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months work experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing facility.
• Must have 6 months of work history in the past 12 months.
• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures as low as -30 degrees.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Bring all products to each line and ensure lines do not run out of supplies, including pallets.
• Identify materials, bring correct product to line, and scan items before moving to next phase.
• Maintain clean working environment and report misuse of materials.
• Assist plant personnel with forklift tasks and operate pallet wrap machinery.
• Communicate material requirements clearly for training and safety.
