Job summary

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, rack, hang, spray paint and wash parts prior to and after plating and painting processes.
• Apply prime, finish and wrinkle coats to prevent runs and defects.
• Inspect castings and sheet metal parts for surface quality and moisture before/after painting.
• Operate and maintain conveyorized dip painting station and plating systems per procedures.
• Follow TPM and environmental procedures; handle chemicals and maintain solution concentrations and pH.
