Gemini, Inc. in Decorah, IA is seeking a 2nd shift Painter to join our team. The role involves preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and spraying products to complete customer orders in a hands-on environment.

This position requires PPE usage and the ability to lift and move materials. Overtime may be scheduled as needed; we offer a supportive, people-first culture and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the product by taping certain areas to be painted and removing tape after paint is applied.
• Mixes appropriate quantity and quality of paint for the order.
• Painter sprays products as required by customer order.
• This role requires the use of proper PPE as well as the ability to physically load and unload materials.
• Reporting to Plant Manager
