Job summary

Gemini, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Painter in Decorah, IA to join our team. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, with overtime as needed. You will prepare products, mix paints, and spray finishes while complying with PPE requirements and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• This role requires use of proper PPE and ability to load/unload materials.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the product by taping areas to be painted and removing tape after paint is applied.
• Mixes appropriate quantity and quality of paint for the order.
• Sprays products as required by customer order.
• Uses proper PPE and can load/unload materials.
• Reports to Plant Manager.
