Cabinetworks Group Middlefield, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Finishing Technician to set up and mix finish materials, keep lines stocked, and manage hazardous waste containers. The role requires teamwork, safety consciousness, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Background in finishing and knowledge of finishing related tools and equipment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing daily activities.
• Proactive interpersonal skills and strong communication.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsabilités

• Properly mix and set up finish materials for daily production.
• Keep finishing lines properly supplied with materials to maintain production pace.
• Label containers for hazardous waste and inspect containers for damage.
• Maintain drums in paint vault and ensure safe storage and handling.
• Inspect and replace damaged containers as needed.
• Dump hazardous waste into approved 55-gallon drums and document weekly inspections.
• Participate in clean-up of waste spills and monitor inventory of drums.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and monitor paint lines.
