Job summary

Generac is seeking a Paint Support team member to safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations on the 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm). Hourly pay starts at $19.50 plus a 13% shift premium, reflecting the important role of keeping production lines running smoothly.

You will comply with safety rules, maintain a clean work environment, load and unload raw parts from the paint line, and support quality through attention to process details.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to shift-based workflow and line changes.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete the supervised procedures, processes, and policies.
