Qualifikationen

• Prior experience on a paint line in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Aufgaben

• Operate multi-station paint line to ensure steel components are finished to high-quality standards.
• Guide the crane operator to preferred hanging points.
• Inspect finished components for quality.
• Ensure load bars are staged to meet machines' maximum production ability.
• Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
