Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from a continuous line.
• Assisting team lead to maintain high level of productivity.
• Selecting proper hanging devices.
• Identifying parts related to work orders.
• Loading/unloading parts on powder coat line.

Skills

Ability to read and follow work orders

Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Team orientation

Crane operation experience preferred

Forklift operation experience preferred

Big Joe operation experience preferred

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 1 year of related experience
