Job summary

Bonnell is seeking an Entry Level Paintline Operator for our aluminum manufacturing facility. You will support the paint line, assist with loading/unloading, and help ensure high-quality finishes. Training on day shift for four weeks precedes a transition to the 2nd shift, with a starting pay of $23 per hour.

You will work with a small team, follow SOPs and safety protocols, and help maintain clean, organized work areas while recording temperatures and production data for quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support the production process.
• Set up bake ovens based on product specifications and requirements.
• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with setup and teardown of equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols to perform tasks safely and effectively.
• Report any defects or issues to Team Leader/Management.
• Record and maintain accurate records of oven temperatures and production data.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
