Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Packer for the 2nd shift to contribute to high-quality finished goods by packing, inspecting, palletizing, and preparing products for shipment. You will follow packaging specifications, maintain cleanliness, and support production with safety and quality in mind.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, manufacturing/production experience preferred.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work overtime and schedule changes.

Responsibilities

Prepare cartons and trays for packaging by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and assembling packaging materials.
Verify packaging materials are ready for production and packaged according to product specs.
Pack products into cartons, trays, and displays and ensure correct labeling.
Conduct visual inspections of finished products and packaging for quality and safety.
Stack cartons on pallets and move finished goods using pallet jacks as needed.
Follow 5S and sanitation standards and report any safety concerns.
