Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Production Specialist for 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm, Monday through Friday) to support packaging, inspection, and general factory tasks. You will follow safety and GMP guidelines daily and participate in continuous quality improvement activities where needed.

Responsibilities include visually inspecting finished product, packing bottles to customer specs, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP and company policies in daily tasks.
• Inspect finished product and ensure cases are sealed properly.
• Pack bottles per customer specifications and keep area clean.
• Identify and report potential production problems to supervisor.
• Assist with rework, machine start/stop, and downstream coordination.
• Maintain supplies and assist with training of new staff.
