Job summary

Champion in Auburn, Kentucky is seeking a Packaging Production Operator on 2nd shift to safely operate packaging lines and support our state-of-the-art pet food facility. You will drive lift trucks, run grinding and packaging equipment, and uphold health, safety, and food-safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience; college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual inspection of packaging materials for defects.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per safety policies.
• Assist in inventory and forklift operations as needed.
• Report any food-safety or quality concerns to supervisor.
