Job summary

Waters is seeking a packaging operator in Hunt Valley, MD for 2nd shift. You will package materials per SMP/SOP, set up, fill, label and inspect products, and maintain weighing accuracy under GMP controls.

You will document production records, operate IFL and bagging equipment, and coordinate with the manufacturing team. Overtime may be required; on-site role with vaccination policy considerations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow GMP and SOP procedures.
• Effective communication within manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Package materials per SMP/SOP; set up, operate, and clean equipment.
• Fill, assemble, label and inspect under general supervision.
• Maintain accuracy in weighing materials per weight tolerances.
• Communicate status of product or process between shifts.
• Move materials from storage to workspace using material handling equipment.
• Set up, operate and clean production equipment including IFL and bagging equipment.
• Maintain production records: logs, batch history, labels, work orders.
• Identify need for minor equipment repairs.
• Follow GMP procedures.
• Follow housekeeping and safety policies.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties.
