Job summary

Medical Devices Company in Hunt Valley, MD seeks an Entry Level Packaging Operator for a 12-month contract on W2. Shift: 2nd, 40 hours/week, with pay range $16-$20 per hour.

You will label, inspect, and package final container products using manual or automated systems, perform set-ups, data entry, and maintain GMP-compliant records. A High School diploma with 1 year manufacturing experience is preferred; strong English and basic PC skills required.

Qualifications

• High School degree with 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Proficient in English and able to read, write and analyze charts.
• Basic PC skills with Windows familiarity.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and logs.

Responsibilities

• Label, inspect and package final container products.
• Operate equipment that packages materials into containers or fills from spouts.
• Set up, change-over and operate labeling and packaging equipment as needed.
• Data entry and imprinting computer-generated labels.
• Maintain GMP-compliant records and logs.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor packaging issues and follow SOPs.
