Qualifications

• Operates packaging machine equipment.
• Sets up and breaks down packaging machines with minimal guidance.
• Completes machine operator training courses.
• Follows SOPs to ensure quality products are produced.
• Troubleshoots and troubleshoots problems as they arise.
• Reports problems or potential problems promptly.
• Selects and verifies correct bagger and scale recipes.
• Completes required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follows food safety and quality requirements.
• Works safely and follows basic safety guidelines.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers and supervision.
• Occasionally directs others (e.g., Packers).
