Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Superintendent for our rapidly growing construction company. This role involves managing both multifamily and single-family residential projects, from pre-construction to completion, requiring hands-on involvement, decision-making skills, and a passion for quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
• Maintain quality control and conduct site inspections for safety and compliance.
• Foster a safe work environment adhering to OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and specialists, providing insights and expertise.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting project timelines or quality.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management, focusing on multifamily and single-family projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore.
• Track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Construction safety certification is a plus.
