Job summary

KENT Consumer Brands Americas, LLC, part of the KENT WORLDWIDE family, seeks a 2nd Shift Machine Operator at our Bolingbrook, IL facility. This full-time role focuses on packaging operations, line supervision support, and adherence to core procedures. Experience with food packaging equipment is desired.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift.
• Stand for long periods while performing packaging tasks.
• Work at line speed with coordinated hand and finger movements.

Responsibilities

• Train associates and production workers to perform duties and operate equipment.
• Maintain pre-op checklists, pack sheets, metal detectors, and lot numbers.
• Review daily production requirements with the Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Change over packaging lines as needed for products and packaging.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on line equipment.
• Ensure finished product quality with QA staff and observations.
• Carry out cleaning and sanitation in the area and equipment.
