Job summary

ProAmpac is hiring a Monday-Friday 2nd Shift Packaging Associate (2-10 PM) to join its operations team in Wisconsin. You will palletize, stretch wrap, label finished goods, and support daily packing activities in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment!

The role requires a High School diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and forklift experience; teamwork, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential to ensure smooth production and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fork/Clamp truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Palletize and stretch wrap finished materials from machine centers.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished product per customer specifications.
• Complete finished goods put-away in designated storage locations.
• Maintain adequate supply levels at machines to prevent downtime.
• Work closely with Shipping personnel to prioritize daily workload.
• Operate forklift, clamp, and prong trucks safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
